120 accusers to sue P Diddy for rape, sexual exploitation
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a significant legal challenge, with over 100 individuals, including minors, preparing to file civil lawsuits against him for allegations of rape, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation.
This wave of accusations has emerged from a broader context of claims that have been building against the music mogul over the past year.
The attorney representing these accusers, Tony Buzbee, announced during a press conference that he is representing 120 individuals who allege they were victims of various forms of sexual misconduct by Combs. The allegations include violent sexual assault or rape, facilitating sex with controlled substances, false imprisonment, compelling prostitution, and sexual abuse of minors. Notably, among these accusers are 25 minors who were allegedly victimized when they were underage.
“This is a critical issue that we intend to pursue with utmost diligence,” Mr Buzbee said at a press conference on Tuesday.
He said his team would “leave no stone unturned” in identifying any individuals or organisations potentially liable for the alleged abuses and those who may have participated in or benefited from such conduct.

Buzbee indicated that many of these incidents occurred in settings associated with Combs’ celebrity status—such as parties and music industry-related auditions—primarily in cities like Los Angeles, New York City, and Miami. He emphasized that a significant number of victims had reported their experiences to authorities or hospitals.
Pattern of abuse alleged
The information provided suggests a disturbing pattern where many victims were reportedly drugged before being assaulted. Buzbee mentioned that approximately 90% of the cases involved individuals who were given drinks laced with drugs at parties hosted by Combs. He described instances where refusal to consume such drinks led to exclusion from the gatherings.
One particularly alarming account involved a nine-year-old boy who was allegedly sexually abused while auditioning for Combs’ record label. Other testimonies included accounts from teenagers who were similarly coerced into situations leading to their assault.
Criminal charges
Last week, Combs was arrested and now faces criminal charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking. He remains in federal custody after being denied bail, a decision his legal team is contesting.
Combs has categorically denied all accusations of criminal wrongdoing.
The allegations span from 1991, with incidents reportedly occurring in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, predominantly after 2015.
Combs has been indicted on multiple criminal charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering. He has pleaded not guilty to these charges but remains incarcerated while awaiting trial. His legal team has characterized many allegations as false and defamatory but has not yet addressed all pending civil lawsuits.
The timeline for filing these civil suits is expected to unfold within the next 30 days as Buzbee’s firm continues its investigation and evidence collection process.
