American singer SZA declares war on Love
Solána ‘SZA’ Rowe, the American singer and songwriter, has made a significant declaration regarding her views on romantic relationships.
In a recent post on her social media platform X, she expressed a strong sentiment about love and romance, stating that she will never engage in a romantic relationship again.
SZA described romance as “a disease” and emphasized her commitment to avoiding romantic interests for the rest of her life.
In her own words, she stated, “I never wanna be romantically interested in a human being ever again in my entire life.”
This statement reflects a deep personal conviction and suggests that she is prioritizing her own emotional well-being over potential romantic entanglements. She further elaborated by saying, “That shit is a disease. I am dating my own ethereal spirit; I can’t date the human part of me. I have vowed against that.”

This declaration comes after speculation surrounding her past relationships with notable figures such as rapper Travis Scott and singer Kehlani. Despite these rumors, SZA has maintained a relatively private stance regarding her love life.
Who’s SZA?
SZA was born in St. Louis to parents of different religious backgrounds—her mother is Christian while her father is Muslim—and she was raised within the Islamic faith. Her music career began to gain traction with the release of self-produced extended plays (EPs) like ‘See.SZA.Run’ in 2012 and ‘S’ in 2013. She became the first female artist to sign with Top Dawg Entertainment and released another EP titled ‘Z’ in 2014.
Her debut studio album, ‘Ctrl’, was released in 2017 after signing with RCA Records, followed by her second album ‘SOS’ in 2022. Throughout her career, SZA has received numerous accolades including four Grammy Awards among others.
